Shipping time is 1 week from the placement of your order.

We ship via USPS. With every order, you’ll receive detailed tracking information as soon as your product ships. From there, you can track your delivery through the dedicated carrier service.

If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund process and return authorization. We’ll issue the refund to the original payment method. Expect to see the refund on your statement within 5-7 business days. If the refund hasn’t appeared in your account, we recommend checking with your bank first, as some may process transactions more slowly. Please note, we offer exchanges only for purchases made in error, either for an item of equal value or for store credit.

We do not cover shipping costs, nor offer credits or refunds for them. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition.

Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To proceed with a return or exchange after receiving approval, please email us your full name, order number, a photo of the tracking number, and specify whether you’re requesting an exchange or a refund.

We cannot be held accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. It’s important to track your return diligently to ensure its safe arrival. Upon its return, please inform us via email to confirm its receipt and facilitate the approved exchange or refund.
